Gift Voucher, Surcharges, Returns, Terms & Conditions
Please read the below terms and conditions relating to surcharges, gift voucher usage, online purchases and payment options.
GIFT VOUCHER CONDITIONS OF USE
- Gift vouchers should be treated as cash tender and lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
- Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on Sundays or on Public Holidays for services.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Please see expiry date.
- Gift vouchers on non-refundable.
- Gift vouchers may be used for redemption on any Pure Indulgence services, products or promotions at any Pure Indulgence salon.
CHANGE IN TERMS & CONDITIONS – effective 1/2/19
- Gift cards should be treated as cash tender and lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for services on Public Holidays
- Gift Cards redeemed on Sundays will incur a 20% service charge.
- Gift cards are valid for a strict period of 36 months from the date of purchase. Please see date of issue.
- Gift Cards purchased for specific services are valid for 12 months from the date of Issue, after this time the gift card will revert back to the dollar value for redemption.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Gift cards may be used for redemption on any Pure Indulgence services, products or promotions at any Pure Indulgence salon.
All services appointments on a public holiday will incur a 15% surcharge on the cost of the service.
Changes to Sunday Trading
As of the 1st February 2019 all services including gift cards performed on a Sunday will incur a 20% service charge to cover the cost of staff penalty rates.
IN SALON REFUND POLICY
- Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Refunds will be only be given within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase under the guidelines set by the office of fair trade.
- Refund arrangements must be made through the salon of purchase, any refunds exceeding the amount of $500 will be processed throughout head office by electronic funds transfer within 7 days of authorisation.
Pure Indulgence is pleased to accept the following payment methods.
IN SALON: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, EFTPOS, Shopping Centre Gift Cards and Cash.
ONLINE STORE: Visa, Mastercard , American Express, Paypal and Zip Pay.
Pure Indulgence reserves the right to change pricing and promotions without notification. Promotional pricing is as stated as per displayed artwork, for further T&C please enquire directly with our salon locations or via our live chat. Promotional dates and packages are subject to stock availabilty and can change throughout the promotional period.
FIRST TIME VISIT TO OUR SALON
We ask if you are new to our salon you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to register and relax. Please be aware that if you arrive late, the time of the appointment will be shortened in consideration of the next client. We also ask that once entering Pure Indulgence that you turn off your mobile phone in consideration of clients wanting to relax.
Online Delivery & Returns
Purchasing online is an easy alternative to coming into the salon for your skin care and gift voucher needs, we do have some T&C’s around this explained below.

Orders will be dispatched after the credit card details have been processed and approved.
Pure Indulgence endeavours to ship products ordered in our online store within 48 hours of payment. Payments are processed Monday to Friday (Public Holidays excluded). Pure Indulgence does not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Transit times vary, so please allow 5-10 days for your order to arrive. At present we ship nationally to all Australian states and those postcodes serviced by Australia Post.

REFUNDS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
If a refund is applicable we will advise you via email and once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shopping costs from your refund. The above terms and conditions are an integral part of every sale. Pure Indulgence reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time, without prior notice.
REFUNDS FOR SALON PURCHASES
Refund arrangements must be made through the salon of purchase, any refunds exceeding the amount of $150 will be processed through out head office within 7 days of authorisation.
Any order reshipped due to being refused or undeliverable the first time will have the original freight charge added to the amount due.
Collection of Personal Information
From time to time, we may collect your personal information. We will only collect personal information when it is necessary for us to do so in order to conduct market research in relation to consumer preferences or for direct marketing. When you use the Site, information about how you use the Site may be collected. We may also collect personal information if you complete a registration form or enter a competition. You do not have to provide this information. This may mean you will not be able to use some of our services or enter competitions. The categories of personal information we may request include your name and contact information (email, address and phone number), product preferences and other marketing information.
We use Google Analytics to collect information on visitor patterns for the purpose of improving our website and services. The information gathered from Google Analytics is not used to identify any personal information about visitors.
Our electronic purchase service requires that cardholders provide contact information (including without limitation: name, address, city, state or province, post code, country, telephone and email), and financial information (including without limitation: name on credit card, credit card number and expiry date), and ordering information. This information is collected and used to process the transaction and for internal accounting and other procedures. Following a transaction, we may contact cardholders by phone or email for security purposes. Pure Indulgence uses an approved third party payment gateway (Eway). This information is not sent to third parties or retained for mailing list purposes, unless a customer opts in to our mailing list. Mailing lists can be unsubscribed by the customer at their discretion. Pure Indulgence takes measures to protect and keep information secure. Credit card numbers are not stored once a transaction is completed.
Use and Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information to organisations that advertise their products and services on our website for evaluation. Your personal information may also be used by organisations that advertise their products and services on our website for the purpose of direct marketing. Apart from the above, we will not use or disclose any information about you without your consent, unless:
required by law; we believe it necessary to provide you with a service which you have requested; to implement our terms of service; to protect the rights, property or personal safety of another Pure Indulgence user, any member of the public or Pure Indulgence; or the assets and operations of the business are transferred to another party as a going concern.
You acknowledge and agree that we may contact you at the email or other address which you provide to us in order to: provide you with direct marketing information; or provide you with other information about our products and services which you may enjoy.
If you receive promotional information from Pure Indulgence or its affiliates and do not wish to receive this information any longer, you may remove your name from our list either by visiting our website and following the instructions on how to withdraw your information from that site (where that facility is available), or e-mailing us at [ [email protected]] and asking to be removed from our mailing list. Please allow 5 business days for this request to be processed.
