PURCHASE OF GOODS ONLINE

Orders will be dispatched after the credit card details have been processed
and approved.
RESHIPPING
Any order reshipped due to being refused or undeliverable the first time
will have the original freight charge added to the amount due.
GIFT VOUCHERS FOR SERVICES
Gift Vouchers are valid for a 12month period from the date of purchase.
Purchasers should advise the recipient that they are required to contact
the salon as soon as possible to make an appointment. Gift Vouchers for
Services are not redeemable for cash.
GIFT VOUCHERS FOR PRODUCT
Gift vouchers are valid for a 12month period from the date of purchase.
Purchasers should purchase goods as soon as possible. Gift Vouchers for
Product are not redeemable for cash.
RETURN OF GOODS
Refunds or replacements will only be made on faulty goods only. This should
be arranged by email or phone directly to our office. Emails are to be
marked for URGENT ATTENTION. Return of any goods should be made within
20 days of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required.
REFUNDS
If a refund is applicable we will advise you via email and once we’ve
received and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in
the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14
business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due
to our error, we will deduct the shopping costs from your refund.
The above terms and conditions are an integral part of every sale.
